WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser™ (APCD) is a highly concentrated bio-based product which uses the power of nanotechnology and Colloidal micelles to tackle the most challenging cleaning situations.
WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser is an extremely effective cleaning solution, capable of removing all hydro-carbon soils (petroleum derivatives, fats, oils, greases, lipids, proteins, and sugars). When the micelles penetrate into dirt and oils, they break them into billions of little particles that constantly repel each other, making it impossible for them to stick back together or re-deposit on a surface.

WISE Food Processing Cleaner can be mixed with alkalis, certain types of salts and acids, and petroleum solvents, in most cases greatly enhancing the effectiveness of these agents. Its rinsing, water softening and cleansing action actually prevents re-deposition of waste onto cleaned surfaces.
This product is readily biodegradable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-hazardous, non-caustic, non-flammable, and hypoallergenic.
It does not contain ozone depleting substances, synthetics, terpenes, petroleum distillates, glycol ethers, caustics, builders & reagents, or California Proposition 65 Chemicals.
Technology Highlights
Micelles are sub-microscopic, electrically charged particles that, when activated in water, repel each other in a ceaseless random movement. Micelles in liquid solution measure only 2 to 4 nanometers in size, 50 to one hundred times smaller than the particles created from typical cleaners and detergents. This small size and their extreme surface-area-to-volume ratio enable the micelles to penetrate complex carbon molecules, and emulsify organic matter.
Application
WISE APCD can be used in pressure washers, foamers, steam cleaners, soak tanks, or simply spray and wipe. It can be applied by spray, soak, swab, or steam.
As a wall cleaner, WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser does an exceptional job on virtually any surface. It is safe on paint, and will not take the plasticizers out of acrylic type wall coverings and wall papers. For cleaning walls, it is recommended that the washing be done from the bottom up, and the rinsing from the top down. This will eliminate any potential streaking. Use one part WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser to 20 parts water and rinse with water.
As a wood cleaner, WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser is completely safe with no adverse effects such as spotting, streaking, or raising of the grain. It can be used on doors, desks, tables, furniture, etc. Use one (1) part WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser to 20 parts water.
As a metal cleaner, it is excellent for the removal of mill and processing oil. No oil forms on the water, and rinsing is complete. Use in spray wash systems to clean without foaming at a dilution of 1 to 5 to 10 parts water.
WISE All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser inhibits rust formation as long as there is a thin film on the metal surface. Apply a thin spray of 1 to 1 dilution for rust prevention.
A potable water rinse is required for all surfaces in sanitary food processing areas. |
